DEAD or ALIVE

The first thing Adam and Eve realized when they ate the forbidden fruit in the garden was that they were naked. The impression of being naked translates into self-awareness or self-consciousness. I had an incident where I caught a glimpse of my own self-consciousness. This revelation led me back to the tree of life, transcending the breach within my soul, and restoring me to God’s consciousness. The fallen tree symbolizes self-consciousness, while the tree of life symbolizes being God conscious or in God’s presence.

The general belief is that we are born to experience life. In reality, we are dead and then overcome death to regain life. Moving past one’s own limitations is a journey from death to life. The earth is primarily a stage for transitioning between death and life. The consensus is that people are born with the expectation of dying. In my eyes, our existence begins with death, symbolized by the tree of good and evil, and we only truly come to life once we overcome our weaknesses and flaws. I call heaven and earth to witness against you today: I place before you life and death, blessing and cursing. Therefore, choose life, that both you and your seed may live (Deuteronomy 30:19).

Countless people have encountered the scripture that declares the dead will be the first to be raised when the Lord comes. The scripture states that the cry of the saint’s heart before the Lord’s return is “How long, O Holy and true”. Those deemed saints have purified their garments and now inhabit their own bodies, which act as tombs within the realm of existence. The saints are anticipating the removal of their burial attire (body) and the placement of the new garment (body). I heard a voice crying out from within, “Lord, how much longer?” The scripture came, When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be where I am (John 14:3).

According to scripture, the graves will open and the saints are the first to rise with Christ. On earth, these saints are alive in their tomb bodies dwelling alongside the dead. Waiting patiently for everything to be ready. Christians, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons, and others believe they will be the first to rise. The individuals who have overcome their own lives will be the first fruit of Our Lord Jesus Christ’s coming.

Are you running the race? Death and life are both present in that race within you.
